At Alpha Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the terms below to understand your options.
1. Hardware & Physical Products
Return Window: Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Non-returnable hardware items include:
- Products that have been installed, configured, or used
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
- Special-order or custom-configured hardware
2. Software & Licenses
Software licenses, digital downloads, and activation keys are non-refundable once delivered or activated. Refunds may be considered if:
- The software was never activated or downloaded
- A technical issue prevents the software from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 business days
3. IT Services & Support Plans
- Unused service contracts may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
- Partially used service plans will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion
- Completed services (one-time installations, repairs, consulting) are non-refundable once the work has been delivered and accepted by the client
- If a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us — we will work to resolve the issue or issue an appropriate refund
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you
- Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available
Alpha Tech is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or third-party modifications.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions

6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or configuration, the standard return process applies, and a new order will need to be placed.
8. Changes to This Policy
Alpha Tech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
