1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or services from Alpha Tech, accessing our website, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Offered

Alpha Tech provides IT products, hardware, software solutions, managed services, technical support, and consulting. The scope of any service will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice provided to the client prior to commencement.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the nature of the service
  • Alpha Tech accepts payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed
  • Invoices are due within net 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed
  • Alpha Tech will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Installation services will be scheduled in coordination with the client and are subject to site readiness

5. Warranties

  • Hardware products carry the manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to its specific terms
  • Alpha Tech provides a 90-day service warranty on all labor and installation work
  • Software is provided “as-is” unless a specific support agreement is in place
  • Warranties are void if products are misused, modified, or serviced by unauthorized parties

6. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, proprietary software, methodologies, and documentation developed by Alpha Tech remain the intellectual property of Alpha Tech unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their intended business purpose.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to systems as needed for service delivery
  • Maintain proper backups of data before any service or maintenance work begins
  • Notify Alpha Tech promptly of any issues or concerns during the service period

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Alpha Tech reserves the right to immediately suspend services in the event of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that puts our systems or staff at risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Alaska.

11. Changes to These Terms

Alpha Tech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
